Rita Jablonski, PhD, CRNP is a nurse practitioner, funded researcher, educator, and former family caregiver (and will probably be one again). Her work involves non-drug ways to prevent and reduce care-resistant behavior in persons with dementia. She is a Fellow of the American Gerontological Society & the American Academy of Nursing. She has authored over 60 publications and has an international reputation as an expert in the care of persons with dementia. But don’t take her word for it…you can always look up her stuff on PubMed or Google Scholar!
